Netflix has released the official trailer for Rebel Moon – Part 2: The Scargiver, the sequel to Rebel Moon – Part 1: A Child of Fire, released on the platform last December 22nd. Directed by Zack Snyder (Watchmen, Man of Steel, Justice League, 300), the film will be available on Netflix on April 19th.

Rebel Moon – Part 2: The Scargiver resumes the epic saga of Kora and the surviving warriors, ready to sacrifice everything fighting alongside the brave inhabitants of Veldt to defend a once peaceful village where those who lost their homes in the war against the Mother World. On the eve of battle, the warriors must face their past, revealing one by one why they fight. When the ax of the Kingdom falls on the nascent rebellion, unbreakable bonds are formed, heroes emerge, and new legends are born.
Rebel Moon – Part 2: The Scargiver star stars Sofia Boutella (Kora), Djimon Hounsou (General Titus), Ed Skrein (Admiral Atticus Noble), Michiel Huisman (Gunnar), Doona Bae, Ray Fisher (Darrien Bloodaxe), along with Charlie Hunnam and Anthony Hopkins as the voice of Jimmy. Together with them Staz Nair, Fra Fee, Cleopatra Coleman, Stuart Martin, Ingvar Eggert Sigurðsson, Alfonso Herrera, Cary Elwes, Rhian Rees, E. Duffy, Jena Malone, Sky Yang, Charlotte Maggi, and Corey Stoll. The film's screenplay was written by Shay Hatten, and Kurt Johnstad together with Zack Snyder himself.
