Kung Fu Panda 4 closed in first place at the US Box Office in its second weekend, still trailing Dune Part Two.

The fourth chapter of the animated saga by DreamWorks Animation won the American box office for the second consecutive weekend. According to data offered by BoxOfficePro, in fact, Kung Fu Panda 4 has collected another 30 million dollars, with a fairly limited drop compared to its debut seven days ago (-48%). Overall, the collection has currently reached 107.74 million.
Internationally, the cartoon grossed $39.62 million in the 56 markets where it was shown. To date, Kung Fu Panda 4 has reached 69.6 million at the International Box Office, for a Worldwide total of 176.4 million. The second position at the box office went to Dune Part Two (review here), whose takings were worth 29.1 million dollars with a very limited drop of 37%. The total in the USA has currently reached 205.8 million; worldwide the film achieved a partial gross of 494.7 million, well above the total of Dune Part One (431.2 million).
The family film starring Mark Wahlberg entitled Arthur the King debuted in third place with a take of $7.5 million, ahead of the horror film Imaginary (in its second weekend in theaters) with $5.6 million in grosses. and a total of 18.1 million. Finally, fifth place at the US Box Office went to Cabrini, the religious-themed film from Angel Studios which grossed 2.8 million dollars, and a total of 12 million since last weekend.
