The cast of Dexter: Resurrection continues to expand. After Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage and Oscar nominee Uma Thurman, the new sequel series by Paramount+ dedicated to the universe of the beloved serial killer played by Michael C. Hall welcomes a new face to the cast. As reported by Deadline, actress Krysten Ritter will be among the show's protagonists, which will most likely debut on the platform no earlier than fall 2025.

According to the first previews, in Dexter: Resurrection Krysten Ritter will play Mia Lapierre, a renowned sommelier with a secret alter ego: the serial killer Lady Vendetta. Composed of ten episodes, the series will pick up exactly from the epilogue of Dexter: New Blood, in which the serial killer is killed by the hand of his son. Of course, the protagonist will survive and the new episodes will reveal how. Peter Dinklage will play the billionaire Leon Prater. To the world, Leon is a generous philanthropist, but behind his refined appearance lies dark intrigue.
The cast will also include David Zayas, James Remar and Jack Alcott who reprised the roles of detective Angel Batista, Harry Morgan and Harrison Morgan, and the other new entry Uma Thurman who will play the role of Charley, Leon Prater's head of security. The series will be executive produced by showrunner Clyde Phillips, alongside Michael C. Hall, Scott Reynolds, Tony Hernandez, and Lilly Burns. Monica Raymund and Marcos Siega will direct.
